I have a Vodafone Mobile Broadband Dongle which was working fine on my laptop. I recently had a problem with my laptop & now need to re install the Dongle, but keep getting the above error report, which stops the installation. Vodafone tell me it's a Windows problem. Can anybody help please. My OS is Windows 7. Regards John

This error means the old version still exists and it was trying to install over the old version. Make sure the old version is completely removed first. Go back into Add/Remove programs or use the un-install progamand remove the old installation. Re-boot the computer before re-installing your program again. MCSE, MCSA, MCDST
